The Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA) is teaming up with Analytica Laboratories of Hamilton to definitively identify primarily Manuka and also other New Zealand monofloral honeys.
The Association’s General Manager John Rawcliffe, said
utilising High Resolution Mass Spectrometry based technology in this highly
innovative application provides another cornerstone to the value and integrity
of the UMF quality mark and brand.
